For making Kofta batter:- Green paste:- Coriander leaves- 2 Green chillies-2 Ginger- 1 pc Garlic - 1 tsp Powder of poppy seeds(kash kas) and Roasted Chana- 5 tbsp Boneless chicken -250 gm Onion- 1 (grated) Salt - 1 tsp Red chilli powder- 1 tsp Coriander powder- 1 tsp Garam masala powder- 1 tsp For kofta curry:- Mustard oil 2 cups Whole Garam masala:- Bay leaf -2 Green cardamom -3 Cloves -3 Black cardamom-1 Cinnamon stick - small pc Mace- small pc Onion- 2 (finely chopped) Green chillies-2 Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp Make a smooth paste:- Onion -2 sliced ( fried for a golden brown color) Curd - 1 cup Tomatoes- 1 Salt - 1 tsp Red Red chilli powder- 1 tsp Turmeric powder-1 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Garam masala powder- 1 tsp Method:- prepare the koftas:- Wash the boneless chicken Grind a fine powder of poppy seeds and roasted chana Make a green paste of coriander leaves , green chillies , ginger and garlic Put all the above ingredients in a mixer and grind to a smooth paste Fry sliced onion in mustard oil till golden brown In the same oil fry the koftas till golden brown brown Cool the oil and sieve it for removing any leftover onion or kofta masala Prepare the curry:- Heat the same oil and add chopped onion Fry till translucent Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste Fry it properly till raw smell disappears Add the paste of brown onion curd and tomatoes Add all the dry masala like salt , chilli …..
