Does Dynamic Potential REALLY Work In FC25 Career Mode?

Dynamic potential should be one of the best parts of career mode. If a player performs well during a season and gets plenty of playtime, his potential will increase beyond what they start off with. It makes total sense right? Well today I'll be looking at how Dynamic Potential should work, finding out what causes potential growth, and finding out if it actually works at all. The idea behind dynamic potential is good, some players have hilariously low potential, like how at the start of last season, Cole Palmer had just 81. Today, he has 91. On old games, if your player had low potential, you were screwed, 81 was as good as Palmer could get. But now, if you have a good season with someone with 81 potential, it has the chance to increase to 83, 86 and, with enough good seasons, all the way to 99.
