Flavourful Bakes By Priya❤️ Follow @flavourfulfoodz for more delicious recipes Hot Milk Chocolate Cake Ingredients : Measurement cup - 200 ml = 130 gms(for dry ingredients) Ingredients : For Hot Milk Mixture: Milk - 1 cup Salted butter - 1/4th cup Cocoa powder - 1/4th cup Dark Couverture Chocolate - 1/4th cup Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Fresh curd - 1/2 cup Jaggery Powder- 1 cup Wheat flour - 1 + 1/2 cup Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Garnish : Choco chips(couverture) Method : To make a hot milk mixture, cook milk, butter, cocoa powder, dark chocolate & essence till all combined. Cool the mixture till lukewarm. Whisk curd & jaggery till smooth. Add the lukewarm warm Hot milk mixture & combine Sieve wheat flour, baking powder, soda, combine Combine till lump free. Don’t overmix the batter. Transfer the cake batter in a 8 inch rectangular tin/6 inch round lined & greased tin. Garnish with choco chips Bake in a pre-heated oven @180*C for 40-45 mins or till skewer inserted comes clean.
