Era Istrefi- BonBon Remix She gained recognition locally following the release of her debut single Mani për money in 2013 when she was 19.[2] Over the next two years, Istrefi released the singles A po don? in 2014, Njo si ti and Shumë pis in 2015 featuring Ledri Vula.[3] For her contributions to the music industry, Istrefi won three Videofest Awards and two Top Music Awards.[4] In 2016, Istrefi achieved international recognition after the release of her single BonBon, which drew comparisons to the works of Australian singer Sia and Barbadian artist Rihanna.[5] Following the song's success which has over 300 million views on YouTube, she signed to American record labels Sony Music and Ultra Music one month later.[6] In 2017, she won the European Border Breakers Award.
