In Russia a court is set to rule on the fate of former oil tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky. The decision on whether to keep him in prison is seen as a test of President Medvedev's promise to reform Russia. Khodorkovsky is the former head of the Yukos Oil company and was once the country's richest man.
