#SujiHalwa #EidDesserts #PakistaniRecipes Ingredients: 1 cup Suji. (Semolina) 1-1/3 cup Sugar. 4 cups Water. 3-4 Cardamoms. 1/2 cup Desi Ghee. Pistachios. Almonds. Coconut. Puff Pastry Shells. Recipe: In a pot add water and sugar. Bring it to a boil. Turn off stove. Set aside. In a wok add desi ghee and Suji. Fry for 7-10 minutes on medium heat. Add sugar water. Stir continuously. Once the water is absorbs completely. Add pistachio, almonds and coconut. Mix well. Preheat Oven to 425 F. Thaw the puff pastry according to box direction. Line pastry sheets on baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes. Carefully remove the top of the shells. Fill each cup with halwa. Garnish with pistachio and almonds. Enjoy.
