Ingredients: Onion - 1 Carrot -1 Cabbage - Half Green Peas - 1 Cup Chili powder - 1spoon Coriander powder-1spoon Pepper-2 spoon Pasta Seasoning - 1 spoon (Optional) Salt- As Required Water -100 ml Wheat flour-1 cup besan flour -1 cup Oil -50 ml Procedure: Cut all the veggies. In a pan, add oil, add onion once onion cooked, add the vegetables, and saute well. Add chilii powder,coriander powder ,pepper, pasta seasonin, and salt. Add water and close the lid and cook for 10 mins. In bowl, add the cooked vegetables and add wheat and besan flour and salt .Sprinkle some water and bind to a mixture. In pan, add oil once oil heated add the mixture to a round pancake shape. Shallow fry both sides and cook untill golden brown.
