To fight COVID and to prevent a person from this serious illness, the government has come up with a vaccine called COVID shield or covaxin. Because of both, the vaccine prevents severe symptoms of COVID but it also creates many questions in people's minds. As we are all very well aware that when our kidney function declines it leads to the accumulation of waste products like creatinine and urea in the patient's body. The first sign of our kidney health is foamy urine, which occurs as a result of protein excretion in the urine. We recommend that all patients with renal failure be vaccinated. The COVID vaccine is completely safe for patients with kidney failure. Since the Covid vaccine is an exogenous factor that increases creatinine but not urea, this is unlikely to cause damage to the kidneys.Wealso advise all patients with renal failure to be vaccinated. Along with this, a patient's creatinine also increases after the vaccine, which is also not harmful. As the Covid vaccine is an external factor that increases creatinine but not urea which does not damage the kidneys. #क्या_किडनी_फेलियर_में_कोरोना_वैक्सीन_लगवानी_चाहिए
