The Baypass Tunnel is open in Pengasas Bay, connecting the barrier island with the mainland! Today we’re digging a new tunnel right under the bay, and providing easy access between Crestwind Cape, Downtown, and the outer islands. This toll tunnel will provide expanded transportation links and adds a touch of beauty to the bay at the same time!
