A full-body workout to keep kids exercising at home to eliminate fat and strengthen all their muscles!! This quick exercise can be easily done at home to help kids improve their strength and increase their stamina. The exercises target both major and minor muscle groups, giving kids a complete workout. The routine begins with stretching and medium-impact cardio exercises to prepare the body for more challenging movements, followed by medium-impact weight-bearing routines to improve the little ones' strength and, to finish the workout, kids will do mat routines that challenge the core.
