This one could have gone in a few directions, and arguably the direction I was more excited about I didn't take, which was a more electronic, Locust style hypnotic pattern with delays lines everywhere. Perhaps for tomorrow. Instead I started working around with the bass per step and introducing some texture with the compressor on the modulation section and expression learn, using BD and SD into Control In 1 & 2, and basically this more glitchy dub thing happened, which is fine by me. It sounds pretty interesting so I was enjoying the movement. There is also an 808 style kick using the Impulse on BT, a white noise hit on LT and a snare like sound on RS, which I never even used. The 808 kick is ok, and I actually found using the Impulse with a slow attack and then gaining it after, dealt with the sharp click and created a better distorted impulse click, closer to the 808 sound, so that's one for the future maybe.
