Transfer in a mixer grinder add some raisins and make a smooth paste Now put oil in a kadhai Add oil and mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida and add chopped vegetables Saute and cook Once half cooked add the spices like turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
