Today's recipe is a quick recipe with coconut & semolina/rava/sooji ,gets ready too really fast.so if you are craving a nice cake with a hot cup of tea/coffee make this today. This cake has 4 layers ,that is the cake batter is divided into three batters ,two are coloured with pastel gel food colour and the bottom and top layers are of the white batter,once baked and demolded and cut ,you can see the distinct layers of the cake and it looks just beautiful. Hope you give this easy yet delicious cake a try.
