Fenestration Modification of Cook Zenith Flex Endovascular Graft. How to do it !! .

The video describes backtable modification of off-the-shelf bifurcated aortic endograft using scallop and fenestrations, which allows urgent endovascular solutions in treating patients with juxtarenal aneurysms. The fenestrations are accessed via upper extremity access. The technique may be modified to accommodate two or three fenestrations with the scallop to extend the proximal seal zone.
