DIY Health Tonic: Turmeric and Banana Smoothie
Turmeric and Banana Smoothie Turmeric has antibiotic properties that helps the body fight infections. Bananas have many health benefits and is a good source of vitamins. It contains vitamins B6 which helps the body form red blood cells and C which helps boost the immune system. Ingredients: • 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder • 1 Banana • 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt • 1 Cup Almond Milk • 1 tbsp Honey Peel and cut the banana into slices. Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend together. Enjoy chilled.
