'I was down there' Trump says at 9/11 victim compensation ceremony

President Donald Trump said Monday he was at Ground Zero after the Sept. 11th attacks, but a retired deputy chief of the New York City fire department says he 'never witnessed' Trump there. The former FDNY official was among those responders gathered at the White House Monday as Trump signed a bill to ensure continuation of victims compensation funds for first responders.
