Chicken Cheese Pakoda ππππππΏπππππ & πππππππΎπππππ:- ππ£ππ§πππππ£π©π¨:- For Marination: Chicken-500 grams (bonesless cubes) Coriander Powder-1 tbsp Kashmiri Powder-1 tbsp Cumin Powder-1 tsp Garam Masala-1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes-1 tsp Black Pepper Powder-1/2 tsp Salt- to taste Ginger Garlic Paste-2 tbsp Fresh Coriander-2 tbsp(chopped) Fresh Mint-2 tbsp(chopped) Green Chillies-3-4 nos(fine chopped) Lime Juice-1 tbsp For Coating: Eggs-2 nos Corn Starch-1/4 cup Gram Flour(besan)-1 cup Water-as required Mozzarella Cheese-1/2 cup Oil-1 litre(for deep fry) Curry Leaves-10-15 nos(for garnish) ππ£π¨π©π§πͺππ©ππ€π£π¨:- 1-Marinate the Chicken: β’In a bowl, mix chicken with all the ingredients written above in(For Marination). β’Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (for best results, marinate for 2 hours). 2-Prepare the Batter: β’Add eggs, cornstarch & gram flour to the marinated chicken. β’Add a little water if needed to form a thick batter that coats the chicken pieces evenly. β’Add the mozzarella cheese and coat well. 3-Fry the Pakoras: β’Heat oil in a deep pan over medium-high flame. β’Drop chicken pieces one by one into the hot oil. β’Fry until golden brown and crispy (about 6-8 minutes per batch). β’Add curry leaves and fry for few seconds. 4-Serve: β’Drain excess oil on paper towels and sprinkle pinch of chat masala. β’Garnish with curry leaves, onion rings and lemon wedges. β’Serve hot with green chutney, ketchup or garlic mayo dip.
