Set aside. In another bowl, mix together the gram flour, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Add enough water to make a thick batter. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter, making sure they are fully coated. Carefully place the chicken pieces in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel. In the same oil, fry the sliced potatoes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and drain on a paper towel. In a separate pan, heat some oil and sauté the finely chopped cabbage until it is slightly wilted. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the crispy chicken pakoras, crispy potato pakoras, and sautéed cabbage together as a platter. Enjoy! Note: You can also add some sliced onions and green chilies to the cabbage for some extra flavor.
