This game is exact duplicate of Survival Prison Escape V3 but with CIA custom instead of prisoner, even levels are the same ... if you need a walkthrough check my youtube channel for Survival Prison Escape V3 playlist but the question did they fix survival mode level 16 to 20 since in Survival Prison Escape V3 they are repeat for survival mode level 15 I am not going to check :)
