Better than takeout Pepper Lunch! Ingredients —————— -1 1/2 Cooked rice -10-12 pieces of beef belly -green onions -1/2 cup of corn -1TBSP of butter -Freshly cracked black pepper -Salt to taste -serrano -Dried Thai chili flakes (optional) -1 garlic clove -1 tsp of grated ginger -1 1/2 tsp of brown sugar Sauce ———- -1 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce -Dash of fish sauce -1/2 tsp of sesame oil -1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce Directions —————- -In a small bowl mix all the sauce ingredients, grate ginger and garlic cloves into the sauce then balance it out with brown sugar. (The Sauce should be tangy slightly sweet with the spice coming from the ginger.) -Heat up the pan on medium heat, place the rice, along with the beef belly, and soak up the extra oil from the beef belly using a paper towel. Add corn, butter, and green onions. -Pour in the sauce then mix it in. Season with salt, lots of black pepper, and some spicy chili flakes. -Mix again, then turn up the heat to medium-high for 2-3 minutes for the rice on the bottom to get crispy.
