Noah the dog teaches kids about acceptance
Leah Linscheid first introduced us to Noah, the 2-year-old Bichon from Mineral Point, earlier this year. He was born in a puppy mill with deformed legs and no eyes. Noah is bringing a powerful message of acceptance to communities across Wisconsin, and now he's one of 24 semi-finalists for the National Hero Dog award.
