Tuesday's extended Cleveland weather forecast: Tracking a spring preview before winter is back
Cleveland weather forecast for Tuesday, February 6, 2024. The deck of low stratus clouds that moved in yesterday with chilly temps has now pushed to the west and will continue to erode as we go throughout the day. We haven't lost the chilly temps, but we have lost the clouds, which will give us a mostly sunny day today with highs pushing the low 40s this afternoon! We'll continue with mainly clear skies tonight into Wednesday morning with another cold night expected as temps drop back into the 20s. Sunshine will give way to variable high clouds on Wednesday as our next storm system approaches with mild highs nearing 50. We get warmer from there with a spring preview over the next few days. Our next storm system arrives with a push of mild air but also with some rain. Showers will move in late Thursday and continue on and off Friday before another wave of low pressure brings a renewed chance at rain on Saturday. No day looks like a washout, but rain will be scattered around northern Ohio. Temps will remain mild -- in the 50s Friday and even into Saturday, especially in our southern counties, before colder air moves in for Sunday and for a good portion of mid-February as it looks right now!
