Opening to Monsters Inc 2002 DVD (November 3, 2000 theatrically released version)
Original DVD Release Date: September 17, 2002 DVD Release Date (for this version if it had happened): March 6, 2001 Here's what the opening to the DVD release of Monsters Inc would look like if it was released in theaters on November 3, 2000 (a year prior to the actual theatrical release of this movie) instead of November 2, 2001 and came out on DVD on March 6, 2001 instead of September 17, 2002 Here's the order: 1. FBI Warning Screen (2000-2005) 2. Blue Warning Screen (2000-2005) 3. Walt Disney Home Video Logo (1991-2002) 4. Coming Soon To Theaters Logo (1999-2006) 5. Finding Nemo Trailer 6. Atlantis: The Lost Empire Trailer 7. Coming Soon On Video and DVD Logo (1999-2003) 8. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs: Special Edition Trailer 9. 102 Dalmatians Trailer 10. The Hunchback of Notre Dame II Trailer 11. The Emperor's New Groove Trailer 12. Now Available On Video and DVD Logo (1999-2003) 13. Toy Story 2 Trailer 14. DVD Menu 15. Aspect Ratio Screen 16. Lucasfilm LTD THX Logo (1997-2003) 17. Walt Disney Pictures Logo (1995-2007; Monsters Inc variant) 18. Pixar Animation Studios Logo (1995-2007; Monsters Inc variant) NOTE: Fake/fanmade. This, along with the other March 6, 2001 titles would be some of the first few titles to come out in March 2001 as a week prior was the second to last day of February that year, in which that was February 27, 2001 NOTE #2: And with that out of the way, it makes sense having the theatrical trailers to Finding Nemo and Atlantis: The Lost Empire and the trailers to The Hunchback of Notre Dame II, The Emperor's New Groove and Toy Story 2 as some of the opening previews on here, because not only was Finding Nemo the next Pixar movie to be released after this and Toy Story 2 was the previous one before this, but Rodger Bumpass (who is in Atlantis: The Lost Empire, The Hunchback of Notre Dame II, The Emperor's New Groove and Toy Story 2), John Goodman (who is also in The Emperor's New Groove as well) and Jack Angel (who is in The Emperor's New Groove and Finding Nemo) are some of the actors in this movie, so it all makes sense here, and this appearance of the theatrical trailer to Finding Nemo is an exception from it's early appearances that ran from March-July 2002 with one appearance before then being in November 2001 as this was the next Pixar movie and this appearance of this movie will only be if that movie came out in theaters in June or November 2002 instead of May 2003, and speaking of, this will be the only time in a home media release from this time period that the theatrical trailer to Finding Nemo or any type of trailer of that movie will ever be used, however, it already makes sense having a majority of the trailers on here for more than one reason due to the multiple similarities that I have mentioned here NOTE #3: Unlike the actual DVD release to this, this one has the THX Broadway logo on here this time, and it's the Lucasfilm LTD version of that logo, this version of the THX logo has been seen on many THX certified Disney DVDs and VHS tapes from the time, and if this happened, this would be the only other Pixar DVD release to ever use this version of the THX logo alongside the 2000 DVD release of Toy Story 2 (the original release from October 17, 2000) and I also know that disc 2 of the September 9, 2003 version of the 2003 DVD release of Finding Nemo also has the Lucasfilm LTD THX logo as it's THX logo after clicking play on the main menu and before the film begins (the VHS counterpart of the actual release of that movie has the THX Broadway logo, but it's the Digitally Mastered version, which made that the only Pixar home media release of any kind to ever use that version of the THX logo), these would be the only few Pixar DVD releases to have the Lucasfilm LTD version of the THX Broadway logo as many of them would have the THX Tex logo and the 2005 DVD of The Incredibles had the THX Cavalcade logo and the 2001 DVD release of Pearl Harbor was the only Touchstone DVD release to ever have the Lucasfilm LTD version of the THX Broadway logo NOTE #4: This video is made to commemorate with the fact that today marks 24 years since this movie came out in theaters, so happy 24th anniversary to this movie And @firstzachattackdvdblu-rayo3142, if you're watching this, this video is for you. What would the occasional/special late appearances of the trailer to Toy Story 2 that is shown on here be? If you know, then let me know right here, but if you don't know, then here's my hint: Think about anywhere around this time period in early 2001 or so, and they can be as long as they want to be so too, all your choice here
