SUBSCRIBE to my channel: Chef Victoria Love:    / @chefvictorialove   FACEBOOK: Chef Victoria Love:   / chef-victoria-love-111240634798128   INSTAGRAM: Chef Victoria Love:   / chefvictorialove   Chef Victoria Love’s Individual Irish Soda Bread Loaves 1 1/2 Cups Golden Raisins, rehydrated (8 oz) 4 ¼ Cups All Purpose Flour (20 oz) 2 Tablespoons + 2 teaspoons Baking Powder (1.2 oz) ½ Cup Light Brown Sugar (3.5 oz) ¾ teaspoon Salt 1 Tablespoon Caraway Seeds (0.25 oz) 6 Tablespoons Butter, cold cubed (3 oz) 2 Eggs 1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Buttermilk 1.Cut butter into 1/2" cubes on a cutting board with a non-slip mat using a paring knife, place in a container and store in the freezer until needed. 2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Using a sieve over parchment paper, sift flour, combine dry ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer, add butter and mix with the paddle attachment for about 5 minutes until all lumps of butter are gone and the mixture resembles sand. 3. Mix together eggs and buttermilk with a fork in a medium size bowl, pour into dry ingredients while the machine is off, pulse together until almost combined, add raisins and mix together until just combined. Do not over mix. 4. Divide dough into quarters and form loaves, place on parchment paper lined half sheet pan and bake until the crust is golden brown and you can hear a hollow sound when you knock on the bottom of the loaf. #ChefVictoriaLove
