Enjoy!!!!! 1. 8lb pork shoulder 2. 3 16oz Cherry Dr.pepper sodas 3. Killer hogs AP and the bbq rub seasoning 4. Pit boss cherry pellets 5. Smoke shoulder at 220F for the first 4hrs 6. Then raise smoker temperature to 250 7. Spritz with cherry dr.pepper every 45 minutes 8. When shoulder temperature reaches 175F place in foil tray and cover with foil. 9. Place back in smoker and raise smoker temperature to 275F 10. Take out shoulder when it reaches internal temperature of 205F 11. Rest for 1hr 12. Enjoy….
