Glendale parents released in child abuse case as prosecutors seek more evidence

Parents accused of locking their young children in a room covered in human waste and filth have been released from custody after Maricopa County prosecutors declined to file child abuse charges. The Maricopa County Attorney’s Office asked for more proof of a crime before proceeding with charges.
