This is an alkaline chickpea burger that’s Dr. Sebi approved and high in protein ( chickpea flour . Enjoy . 😊 Ingredients: 1 Cuo Garbonzo Bean Flour 1/2 Cup onions ( diced and kind ) 1/2 Cup green peppers ( diced ) 1/2 Cup of chopped Arugula 2 tsp Oregano 2 tsp seasalt 2 tsp Cayenne 2 tsp Dill 1/2-2 Cup of water Grapeseed oil Directions: Mix all ingredients in a bowl ,add water lightly , oil a skillet and form patties.Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
