Rep. Buck McKeon Says We Need to Put the Protection of Americans Before the Rights of Terrorists

http://www.americaspeakingout.com/que... Today, Americans remain under threat of attack by al-Qaeda, Taliban extremists with an increasing global reach, and other terrorist groups around the world. Yet, in one of his first acts in the White House, President Obama signed an executive order which ordered the terrorist detention facility in Guantanamo Bay closed. The President's plan to move those terrorist detainees into the United States -- even trying the 9-11 conspirators in downtown Manhattan -- put Americans at risk. We should not be importing terrorists into the United States and I will attempt to block all efforts to send Guantanamo detainees to countries where they can easily rejoin the fight against our troops, and block efforts to read terrorists their Miranda rights.
