Gwanghwamun (Hangul: 광화문; hanja: 光化門) is the main and largest gate of Gyeongbokgung Palace, in Jongno-gu, Seoul, South Korea It is located at a three-way intersection at the northern end of Sejongno As a landmark and symbol of Seoul's long history as the capital city during the Joseon Dynasty, the gate has gone through multiple periods of destruction and disrepair Restoration work on the gate was finished and it was opened to the public on August 15, 2010 光化門(朝鮮語:광화문)是朝鮮王朝正宮景福宮的南門,也是景福宮的正門與最大的城門,位於韓國首都首爾鐘路區,位居世宗路與光化門廣場的北端。 光化門(こうかもん、クヮンファムン)は、韓国ソウル特別市鍾路区にある、王宮の城門の遺構である。1394年に初めて建設されたのち、何度かの焼失・移動・復元工事を経て、2010年8月に最新の門が一般公開された。
