Awaken and Heal Your Root Chakra with the Soothing LAM Mantra: A Meditation for Balancing Muladhara Chakra To balance your Muladhara (Base) Chakra while listening to this video, follow these instructions: Find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit in a meditative posture. Its preferred to sit on the ground cross legged to be close to the earth energy. Allow your spine to be straight (unsupported) and your shoulders relaxed. Place your hands on your knees with your palms facing up. Let the tips of your thumb and ring finger touch, forming the Prithvi Mudra (Ring finger represents Earth element). Take a few deep breaths and relax your body. Focus your attention on the base of your spine, where the Muladhara Chakra is located. As the LAM mantra begins to play in the video, start chanting "LAM" along with it. Visualize the color red at the base of your spine, which is associated with the Muladhara Chakra. Allow the sound and vibration of the LAM mantra to penetrate your body and balance your Muladhara Chakra. Continue chanting and focusing on your breath and the Muladhara Chakra for as long as you like. When you're ready to end the meditation, take a few deep breaths, slowly open your eyes, and sit quietly and repeat one or more of the following affirmations before getting up. -I am grounded and rooted in the present moment. -I am worthy of love, respect, and abundance. -I trust the universe to provide me with all that I need. -I release all fears and worries, and embrace my inner strength. -I am safe and secure in my physical body. -I honor my body and take care of it with love and respect. -I am open to change and growth, and I trust my journey. -I am connected to the earth and all its beings. -I am strong, stable, and balanced. -I am one with the universe, and I am guided by divine wisdom.
