Must try this super easy & tasty sabudana recipe! ❤️ --- 🍽 INGREDIENTS ✔ Sabudana – 1 cup ✔ Potato – 1 medium (diced) ✔ Peanuts – ¼ cup (roasted & crushed) ✔ Green chilli – 2 chopped ✔ Curry leaves – few ✔ Salt / Sendha namak – as needed ✔ oil ✔ boiled potato ✔ Coriander – for garnish --- 👩🍳 RECIPE (Short & Viral Style) 1️⃣ Wash sabudana 3–4 times, soak for 4–5 hours with water just till level. 2️⃣ Press a pearl—if it flattens, sabudana is ready. 3️⃣ Heat oil,add peanut ,curry leaves & green chilli. 4️⃣ Add potatoes & cook. 5️⃣ Add soaked sabudana + salt + peanuts. 6️⃣ Mix gently on low flame for 3–4 mins. 7️⃣ Finish with lemon juice & coriander.
