SINGLE SERVE COSMIC BROWNIE BAKED OATMEAL 🍫🤤 This is day 45 of my series PROTEIN POWERHOUSES 💪🏻 where I will be sharing a new high protein breakfast using different protein sources for 100 days, to show you that breakfast doesn’t have to be boring or repetitive. Macros* Calories: 350 P: 33g C:38g F:8g This recipe makes 1 serving and contains 33 grams of protein*. This is best enjoyed fresh and still warm. This recipe contains absolutely no banana or egg. *exact macronutrient values will depend on the type of brand, type and exact quantities of products used. INGREDIENTS 👩🏻🍳 ➡️ 40g oat flour (blended oats) ➡️ 20g @myprotein protein powder (the link in my bio will get you the best discount on all myprotein products) ➡️ 1tbsp erythritol or sweetener of choice (honey, maple syrup) ➡️ 1tbsp cocoa powder ➡️ 40g Greek yoghurt ➡️ 80ml milk ➡️ 1/2 tsp baking powder topping (optional) ➡️ 2 tsp Greek yoghurt ➡️ 1/2 tsp cocoa powder ➡️ sprinkles Method 1. Preheat the oven to 180oc 2. Add all of your ingredients ( excluding toppings) to a bowl and mix until smooth 3. Pour into an oven safe dish 4. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes 5. Leave to cool slightly and mix together your yoghurt and cocoa powder 6.
