Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Beef and Rotini in Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients: • 1 lb ground beef • 12 oz rotini pasta • 4 cups beef broth • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter • 1 tsp Italian seasoning • Salt and pepper, to taste • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish) Instructions: 1. Cook the Beef: In a large pot, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned (about 5–7 minutes). Drain excess fat if needed. 2. Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant. 3. Add Liquid & Pasta: Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Add the uncooked rotini pasta, stir well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender — about 10–12 minutes. 4. Finish with Cheese: Stir in the Parmesan cheese until it melts and the sauce becomes creamy and coats the pasta. 5. Serve: Serve warm, topped with chopped parsley if desired.
