England style brunch a person not good at cooking can easily make, English Breakfast
English Breakfast Ingredient (2~4 portions) 4 bacons 4 sausages 1 tomato 4 eggs 6 mushrooms 1/2 can of baked beans Salt Pepper Cooking oil Ingredients 2 potatoes (medium sized) 1ts salt 1ts butter 2Tbs cream 2Tbs milk 1/2 ts whole grain mustard 1. Prepare mashed potato first. Peel the potato and cut it into 8 pieces. 2. Put it in cold water for 3 minutes to get rid of starch. 3. Put water, the potatoes, and salt in the pot and boil it over medium heat for 15~18 minutes 4. When they're all cooked through, put it through a strainer and put it back in the warm pot 5. When the pot and the potato are warm, put milk, cream, butter and whole grain mustard in and mash them. Mash them until you feel little lumps 6. Let the completed mashed potato sit in the pot so that it stays warm 7. Cut the mushroom in half, grill it on the oiled pan, and season it with a pinch of salt. 8. Wash the tomato clean, dry it (oil will splash if there's water), and cut it into 8 pieces in wedge style 9. Grill the tomato with a little bit of salt when the pan's heated 10. Grill the bacon and sausage without oil. When the bacon seems brown, flip it and add sausage and cook them 11. Time to make the fried egg. Cook it so that the egg white's cooked and the egg yolk would be flowing. 12. Toast the bread using a frying pan or toaster (Originally, for English breakfast, fried bread is the traditional one but we'll do it our way and make it bland) 13. Get 1/2 of the baked bean and warm it up. #Cafe #Breakfast #London #England #Lagreen_Table
