Ramzan Special: Ground Beef Samosa Rolls Description: These crispy and flavorful Ground Beef Samosa Rolls are a perfect treat for Iftar! Juicy spiced keema, wrapped in crispy samosa sheets, makes them an irresistible snack during Ramadan. Serve them with chutney or ketchup for a delightful experience. Ingredients: 5 lbs ground beef (keema) 4 large onions (chopped) 2 tbsp oil 3 tbsp dried coriander (crushed) 2 tbsp cumin seeds (crushed) 2 tbsp chili flakes 1 tbsp salt Fresh coriander (chopped, for garnish) Samosa sheets (for wrapping) Flour paste (for sealing) Oil for deep frying Recipe: Prepare the Spice Mix: Crush dried coriander and cumin seeds. Set aside. Cook the Keema: In a pan, add ground beef and a little water. Fry until the water is almost evaporated. Add the crushed dry spices (coriander, cumin, chili flakes, salt) and continue frying. Once the mixture is dry, add 2 tbsp oil and stir well. Add Onions & Fry Again: Add chopped onions and cook until the water from the onions dries up completely. Once fully dry, turn off the stove and let the keema cool down. Add Fresh Coriander & Assemble: Mix chopped fresh coriander into the cooled keema. Take a samosa sheet, place a spoonful of the filling, and roll tightly, sealing the edges with flour paste. Fry & Serve: Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the samosa rolls until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup!
