AU Brands C.A.R Militia as Terrorists
The African Union has branded a militia that's targeting Muslims as terrorists. That follows clashes in which a Congolese peacekeeper was killed. The AU says the anti-balaka gunmen are,"terrorists and enemy combatants", and they shall be treated accordingly. CCTV's Jane Kiyo reports
