Try this exquisite coconut panna cotta with a fresh mango coulis! This traditional Italian #dessert has a tropical twist with the addition of coconut milk, creating a creamy and luxurious treat. Perfect for any occasion, and surprisingly easy to make using a silicone mold. Let's make this delightful no-bake dessert together! Ingredients: Panna Cotta: 500ml heavy cream 250ml coconut milk 7 gelatin sheets 1 tsp vanilla extract 70g sugar Mango Coulis and Decoration: 2 mangoes 40g honey Juice of 1/2 lemon Instructions: Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water. Combine heavy cream, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and sugar in a pot and heat gently without boiling. Squeeze the excess water from the gelatin and dissolve it in the warm cream mixture. Let it cool, strain to remove any lumps, and pour into greased silicone molds or serving dishes. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours. For the mango coulis, blend one mango with honey and lemon juice. Slice the second mango for garnish. Carefully unmold the panna cotta, drizzle with mango coulis, and decorate with mango slices.
