Gentle Relief: Guide to Easing Knee Pain with 3 Simple Moves

In this video, I’ll show you 3 gentle and effective exercises that can help reduce knee pain caused by osteoarthritis, improve your movement, and make daily activities feel easier again. These simple movements are safe for beginners, require no equipment, and can be done at home in just a few minutes a day. You’ll learn: ✅ A smooth knee flexion and extension drill to reduce stiffness ✅ A sit to stand exercise to strengthen the key muscles that support your knees ✅ A mini squat to build control and confidence in everyday movements Knee osteoarthritis is one of the most common causes of knee pain, especially in women over 40. Symptoms like crackling, stiffness, and tenderness can make walking, climbing stairs, or standing up from a chair more difficult. But movement is one of the best ways to relieve pain, improve strength, and slow down the progression of osteoarthritis. This routine is inspired by one of my patients, a 45 year old former volleyball player who struggled with knee pain that stopped her from returning to the activities she loved. After a few sessions and the consistent practice of these 3 exercises, she walked with less stiffness, stood up more easily, and even got back to playing short padel games without fear of pain coming back. If you want to: ✅ walk without tightness or swelling ✅ climb stairs with more ease ✅ stand up without discomfort ✅ get back to the activities you enjoy these exercises can help you rebuild strength and confidence step by step. Try them daily and let me know in the comments how your knees feel.
