1B Runner Tags on Ball To Track

Great Baserunning. Any ball to the warning track when an outfielder can't get his body/feed behind the ball to generate momentum to his target should be an opportunity to advance on the base-paths...even to second base. Runners, this would be a situation where you'd get your secondary lead, read the ball off the bat and go halfway. Then as it becomes clear OF will have a play and you might be able to advance, retreat to the bag and tag. Hitters, off the bat, this could be an out, double, or HR.
