Looking for the best recipe for chocolate chip cookies? Look no further! This video will show you how to make the most delicious chocolate chip cookies ever. Ingredients: Chocolate 100 - 150g (you can use different types) Flour 150g 1/3 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder A little vanilla or extract 110g butter 80g sugar (you can use a mixture of dark and regular sugar) 1 egg Possibly a tablespoon of powdered milk Method of preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius. Mix the dry ingredients. Cream the butter and sugar for 6 minutes as in the video above. Add the egg and wait until everything is well mixed. Add the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Add the chopped chocolate. Pour the dough onto the baking sheet ( best using an ice cream scoop, I didn't have one at home so I used a regular spoon). Bake for 10 minutes until nicely browned. Tips: You can also add some nuts to the cookies. Don't worry if the cookies are very soft after removing from the oven. They will harden soon :) They go perfectly with fresh full fat milk.
