On October 7, the IOP hosted Libertarian presidential candidate Gov. Gary Johnson for a foreign policy address and moderated Q&A. This event was part of the IOP's Road to 2016 series, a variety of events, encompassing all of the IOP's program areas, that are focused on the campaign for the White House.
