I also bought a giant clam besides elephant clam because giant clams were opening and closing the lid vigorously I cooked a half spicy and the other half light and easy Half and half style cooking! These clams’ texture was another level of just chewy texture How can I explain? Crunchy, crispy… Especially I don’t know how to explain the texture of tube part All I can say is just try it if you have a chance to eat them!
