I Tried a NEW Way to Smoke Ribs on a Pellet Grill
I sliced a rack of baby back ribs into individual bones to get extra flavor and smoke. This method is called "party ribs" because it's easy to serve to a large crowd where everyone can grab a couple bones. Smoked on my pellet grill and tossed in a brown sugar bbq sauce mixture to get extra sweet and sticky. Party ribs are my new favorite way to smoke ribs for a crowd. Wipe rack of baby back ribs with paper towels. Remove membrane from baby back ribs and trim and excess fat. Season with your favorite bbq rub and let sit for 15-30 minutes. Smoke at 275 for 90 minutes Remove from smoker and put into a foil pan with 3 tablespoons of butter and some bbq sauce and brown sugar. Cover with foil and put back onto smoker at 275 for 45 minutes. Put rib bones directly on smoker and baste on the juices from pan to ribs. Flip ribs after 5 minutes and baste again. 5 to 10 minutes later pull the ribs and let rest for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
