Pumpkin Donut Holes are super easy to make by using the following ingredients: 1 egg 3/4 cup of pumpkin puree 2 tbsp sugar pumpkin pie spice (1tsp cinnamon powder, 1/2 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/8 tsp cloves) 2 tbsp baking powder 1 cup of flour 1/4 cup of milk Pinch of salt Oil to fry In a large bowl, mix together egg, pumpkin puree, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, flour, milk, and salt. Stir together with a spatula until fully incorporated. Set aside. Heat oil in a frying pan to 325˚F (160˚C). Drop the batter by the tablespoon using an ice cream scoop into the hot oil, adding 5 to 6 spoonfuls at a time. Fry them for 1 to 2 minutes on each side, or until they are a deep golden brown. Fry the dough balls until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. (For best results, fry only 5-6 at a time). Drain them on a paper towel and immediately transfer them to a bowl of cinnamon-sugar spice mix. Gently toss to coat.
