
Chicken Spinach Puff with Feta and Cream Cheese Served with Spicy and Creamy Pickled Dipping Sauce
In this video, we’re going to show you how to make chicken spinach puffs with cream cheese and feta cheese. These amazing bites are crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy on the inside, and packed with flavor and goodness. They are perfect for parties, picnics, or just a quick bite. And to make them even more irresistible, we're going to serve them with a spicy and creamy pickled dipping sauce that will blow your mind. Trust us, you will love them. PUFF PASTRY CHICKEN SPINACH FETA RECIPE INGREDIENTS • Frozen Puff pastry sheets • 1 cup Cream Cheese • ½ tsp Garlic Powder • 1 tsp Dried Oregano • 300 grams Frozen Spinach (Drained the water) • ½ cup Feta Cheese (Crumbled) • 4 Eggs • 400 grams Ground Chicken • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce • 1 tbsp Maggi Sauce • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard • Salt & Pepper • ¼ tsp Nutmeg (Grated) • ½ cup Breadcrumbs (optional: If the ground chicken is too wet) • Sesame seeds INSTRUCTIONS • In a mixing bowl, heat cream cheese in the microwave for 10 seconds at a time until the cream cheese is nice and soft • Add 1 egg, garlic powder, ¼ tsp of salt, ¼ tsp of ground pepper, dried oregano. Mix well. • In another bowl, add spinach and crumbled feta”. Mash with a fork. • Combine the cream cheese mixture with the spinach mixture. Mix well and set aside. • In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, 1 egg, Worcestershire sauce, Maggi sauce, Dijon mustard, and grated nutmeg. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. • Add breadcrumbs if the chicken is too wet. • Unfold puff pastry sheets and roll them to make an 18" x 8" rectangle. • Spread some of the spinach mixture in the middle and along the length of the pastry. • Add the chicken on top of the spinach mixture and spread it evenly • Whisk 2 eggs to make an egg wash and brush on one side edge along the pastry. • Gently fold the pastry and brush egg wash on the pastry • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top • Bake for 25 - 30 minutes in the oven at 400 deg. F. LOW CALORIES SPICY DILL PICKLE DIP INGREDIENTS • 1 cup Greek Yogurt • 50 grams Dill Pickle (Diced) • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Juice • 1 tbsp Olive Oil • Salt and pepper • ¼ tsp Dried Cayenne • 1/2 cup Raw Cashews • Lemon Juice (½ of a lemon) • ¼ cup Water INSTRUCTIONs • Soak raw cashews with water in a bowl for an hour. • Combine in a blender, cashews, water, and lemon juice. Blend until creamy and smooth. • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, creamy cashews, diced dill pickle, pickle juice, olive oil, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. • Place it in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for at least an hour before consuming.
