Enjoy this keema and lobia dish with naan, roti, or rice for a comforting and protein-packed meal that everyone will love! #LobiaKeema #MincedMeatRecipe #superchef Keema Lobia Ingredients for Boiled Lobia: Water 5-6 cups White beans (safaid lobia) soaked 2 ½ cups Ingredients for Lobia Keema: Oil 1/2 cup Onion (sliced) 1 cup Beef mince 1 kg Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp Tomato puree 1 cup Cumin powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt 1 cup Boiled white beans 2 ½ cups Hot water 1 cup Green coriander (chopped) as required Directions for Boiled Beans: In a pot heat water and white beans. Boil until 90% done. Strain and set aside. Directions for Lobia Keema Preparation: In a pot, heat oil and add onion. Cook until translucent. Add keema and cook until it changes color. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1-2 mins. Add tomato puree coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for 5-10 mins. Add Nestlé MilkPak Yogurt and cook until oil separates. Add white beans and mix it well. Now add hot water and cover and cook until keema is fully done. Your Lobia Keema is ready. Dish it out and garnish it with green coriander.
