Drain excess water. Prepare Vegetable Mixture: Heat oil, add cumin seeds, onion, garlic, and mixed vegetables. Cook until tender. Add Spices: Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well. Layer Biryani: Alternate layers of rice, vegetable mixture, and masala.
