Recipe : 2 cup Almond Flour or 1 cup rice flour and 1 cup almond flour . 1/4th tsp baking soda 1/4th tsp salt 3 tbsp oil 3 tbsp mapel syrup or 1/4th cup castor sugar 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp lemon zest Few drops of lemon essence and yellow colour . Method : 1) Mix all the ingredients together till a dough is formed . 2) Refrigerate the dough for 15 mins 3) Divide the dough into equal parts and place it on a baking tray , leaving some space between the cookies. 4) Dust the cookies with icing sugar . 5) Bake at 180 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
