INGREDIENTS: Oreo biscuits 200 gms Butter 50 gm ( Melted) Whipping cream 3/4 cup METHOD: 1. Prepare the Oreo Base: Remove cream from the biscuit and keep it aside. Crush the Oreos into fine crumbs using mixer grinder or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing them with a rolling pin. Set aside some crumbs for garnish. 2. Make the Whipped Cream: In bowl add biscuit cream along with whipping cream. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. 3. Assemble the Dessert Cup: Take dessert cups and spread a layer of biscuit powder. Pipe or spoon the whipped cream over the Oreo crust in each cup. Again make a layer biscuit powder and pipe the whipped cream over it. Sprinkle some extra crushed Oreo pieces on top. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving for a firmer texture.
