Our teams work together with structured roles, and you can find a postion on our team, even without a lot of experience – just an interest in learning, growing, and developing your skill set. Established in 1929, Elmet is the sole 100% US, fully-integrated manufacturer of molybdenum and tungsten metals. At our large, world-class facility in Lewiston, Maine, we produce mill, machined, and fabricated products to our customers’ most exacting specifications. We utilize state-of-the-art powder metallurgy processes to support our customers in aerospace, semiconductor, medical, defense, among other critical and cutting-edge markets. Ever have a CAT scan? Laparoscopic surgery? Know someone who has? Odds are, those machines house parts that we’ve made. Have you ever seen a plane refuel in midair? That’s only possible from parts we fabricate.
